Situated high in Fern
Valley in the beautiful Upper Rim Rock corridor, this Dennis McGuire designed gem
sits back off the road and right over the rushing waters of Strawberry Creek. A 1957
cabin, it was re-designed by McGuire for the current owners and built in 1990.
McGuire design features carry throughout with custom-made brass sconces, brass
screened fireplace screen and wood and brass screened door off kitchen. The most
spectacular feature aside from the large deck above rushing waters, is the master
bedroom view. Soaring mitered glass windows frame an unobstructed, close-up portrait
of Suicide Rock. All of this with lots of privacy, a rock fireplace, 3 bedrooms and
2 baths, on .22 acres.
